Tokenise a Real‑World Asset

Use this form to create a tokenised representation of a real‑world asset. You will define the SPV, asset class, supply, pricing and compliance settings. Upon submission the system will mint the asset on the XRP Ledger and record the tokenisation event.

The legal entity or SPV that holds the underlying asset.
Jurisdiction where the SPV is domiciled (e.g. Delaware, Luxembourg).
The high‑level category (e.g. Treasuries, Real Estate, Commodities).
Optional further classification (e.g. Senior Loan, Gold, Single‑family home).
Region where the asset is offered to investors.
A human‑readable name for the tokenised asset.
3–12 uppercase characters representing the currency code.
Number of decimal places (0–18). Default is 6.
Total number of fractional units to mint.
Smallest tradable fraction of the underlying asset. Leave blank for 1.
Initial offering price for one tokenised unit.
Optional. Date when distribution begins.
Optional. Date when issuance ends.
Description of how income or coupons will be distributed.
Number of days the tokens remain non‑transferable.
Choose the primary chain for issuance. Cross‑chain bridging will occur automatically if not XRPL.
Optional. Provide the receiving address on the destination chain if issuing off XRPL.
Optional fee (basis points) charged on token transfers. Stored in metadata only.
The XRPL account that will issue and sign transactions.
